A full craft table today working with Claire from South Kesteven District Council to design the Society’s display for the Gravity Fields Festival in September. Everyone had a excellent time and we cannot wait to see the finished product!

 

A big thank you to Ben from RNIB for joining us at our Grantham office to teach us all about modern assistive technology. A brilliant day was had by all, our team of volunteers are now ready to put their new learned skills into action!

A lovely morning was had flower arranging at our Spalding Social Club. A huge thank you to Sarah at Click Flowers for coming and spending the time showing us how to make such beautiful arrangements!

Our North Hykeham Social club enjoying a returned visit by the wonderful Lincoln Ukulele Band, playing songs from the 50s, 60s and 70’s – it was great to see everyone get involved and enjoying the sing a long!¬† If you are interested in learning more about the band see their website http://www.lincolnukuleleband.co.uk/

 

Christmas Wreath making at the Grantham Office РA huge thank you must be said to Sue from Flowers by Holland for kindly donating her expertise, materials and time to help our service users build their own festive wreath. A wonderful time was had by all!

 

The first of many centenary events to come! Friday the 15th launched our centenary appeal to raise 100,000 during the next year to help continue and support those within the south Lincolnshire area. A huge thank you must go to the suppliers for bringing some equipment down and to those who joined us for the evening. For more information on this appeal; Our Centenary Event
