Stay in touch with us!
We are writing to you as the Government have issued NEW rules about how organisations manage and control peoples contact details and personal information in line with the rules for Data Protection now called General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR.
At South Lincolnshire Blind Society, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. In complying with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we promise to only contact you with information you consent to receive and in the format you prefer.
If you have not already told us, please complete this form and post it back to us in the envelope provided or phone South Lincolnshire Blind Society to give your consent for us to contact you.
We will ask you if you would like to continue to receive information on our services, newsletters, volunteering and fundraising events and activities.
We will also ask you how you would like to receive this information from us – large print, audio recording on USB, Braille, email or via telephone. You can opt in or out of receiving information from us at any time.
The new regulations mean that if you do not respond by May 25th 2018, we will be unable to contact you.
We urge you to phone us on 01476 592775 or fill in the consent form on our website before the 25th May 2018, so we can continue to let you know the latest news and developments at South Lincolnshire Blind Society and in the world of sight loss, as well as sharing updates from other organisations and their services.
Thank you for keeping in touch.
